Emotional Wellbeing

Footsteps have a number of skilled practitioners who can help you in all areas of your emotional wellbeing. These all offer appointments to be seen in the clinic and can tailor treatment to your individual needs.

On your first visit you may be directed to a consultation with our clinical psychologist OR a GP, depending on the nature of your problem.

You may then be asked to book an appointment for follow up with any of our emotional wellbeing team. This may be a once off one to one chat or an ongoing treatment/therapy plan.

If in the unlikely event that any of our team feel you need a referral into the CAMHS service for more detailed help, this can be arranged directly with no need for an access appointment.
